Feitorix grew from years of working close to manufacturing systems, enterprise software, infrastructure, cloud platforms, automation and operational teams. Across those environments, the same gap repeatedly appeared: powerful technology often becomes difficult to operate because it is designed too far away from the people and processes it is meant to support.
